You can't have missed the excellent prizes on offer for Sunday's spokes ride to Linlithgow. Remember there's also a 'booby' prize as well. Still laid up becaus eI broke my leg, the September 2003 Spokes Ride was a Treasure Hunt.

Cyclists were supplied with a map and some pretty good poetry ( I have to say that otherwise the poet will hit me!!!!). Hidden in the poetry were 10 clues to solve, plus a tiebreaker. The time you reach Dave's house will be entered on to the sheet for a tiebeaker. The one with most correct answers and the most appropriate time, based on a Scottish Historical event (this is historical Linlithgow after all) will win the tops prize. Getting to Linlithgow before I get there on the train may count against you.

The Treasue Hunt clues will be available in the downloads section if you missed this Spokes Ride.

One advantage of winning the camera is that if my leg isn't better by October, you could lead the October Ride and supply me with pictures.
