At the request of the more adventurous among you, I have decided to run three extra rides over the summer. These rides will start earlier, meeting at 9:30am leaving at 9:45am from the Usher Hall. They will be longer than normal Spokes rides, about 60 to 70 miles, but the speed will remain about the same. There will be two or three shorter stops in the ride. Probably best bring a picnic, spare inner tube, small tool kit and some energy bars. Possible destinations Culross, Peebles/Innerleithen and Beecraigs/Torphichen/Cairnpapple, or Yellowcraigs beach (you now have to pay £1 to enter the beach) / North Berwick
