Spokes Ride Treasure Hunt

A wonderful day on last Sunday, 30 people turned up to the start of the Treasure Hunt. A fantastic day out, although it was a bit cool. I’m glad you all enjoyed the ride. A further report of the ride will be sent out on Saturday. This gives those of you who did not hand in their entries on the day time to post in your entries!! However, you do have until Friday to post them to me as long as the envelope is post marked Friday!! So its not too late :-).

GPS Data Request

As an aside, I have added Google Maps to my website, and I am planning on buying a GPS to record route data. If you have a GPS from a bike ride, regardless of make / model, I would be grateful if you could send me a copy of the data, and state what the make / model of your GPS device so I can see if I can convert to Google polyline and upload routes on to the website and display them in the report. Like this spectacular ride in florida (if only, eh!!!).

Next Spokes Ride

The last of the longer Summer Spokes Rides will happen on Sunday 23rd September. Meet at 9:30am at the Usher Hall. Destination of this ride is likely to be Culross in Fife.

The next normal Spokes Ride will be on Sunday October 7th. Meet at 10am at the Usher Hall. We may go to Dunfermline.
